Gluten-Free Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups Bisquick Gluten Free mix
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
Darlene’s Tip: You can use any gluten free baking mix, does not have to be Bisquick. Always read the labels to make sure each ingredient is gluten free.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Add Bisquick™ mix; beat on low speed until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Step 2: On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
Step 3: Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until set on edges and golden brown. Cool 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.
