What I Ate Yesterday – Day 67

Yesterday – Sunday 1/22 – Day 67

When I got up, I had my usual cup of coffee with whole milk.

At 5:15pm, I ate from the plate above.  I ate so late!!!  But looking back, I see that I ate a decent amount of food at 1:00am the night before, and when I eat late like that, I’m not hungry early the next day.  As for my meal, it consisted of ground beef, sliced beef (that I bought during this grocery haul), bacon ends, sliced pork tenderloin, and a hot sausage (also from this haul).  After taking the pic, I also grabbed a slice of American cheese.  I ate the slice of cheese and the entire sausage but I left some of the other stuff on the plate once I was satisfied and saved it for later.

At 6:00pm, I had a decafe with whole milk to finish off my meal.  It’s like dessert to me.

At 8:00pm, I thought I was hungry so I tried to eat the leftovers from the plate above.  But I guess I was not hungry because I could not get it down.  So I put it back in the fridge and didn’t eat anything else for the rest of the night.  I’m sure I’ll be hungry earlier today.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday: sliced beef, ground beef, pork tenderloin, bacon ends, hot sausage, butter, whole milk, coffee, pepper, lots of water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
