1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist yellow cake mix (or store brand)
1 box (3.4 oz) Jell-O vanilla-flavor instant pudding & pie filling mix (or store brand)
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/3 cup Betty Crocker rainbow mix sprinkles (or store brand)
1/2 cup Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting (or store brand, or make your own)

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour bottoms only of two 8×4-inch loaf pans.
2:  In large bowl, beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, oil and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in 1/4 cup of the sprinkles. Divide batter evenly between pans.
3:  Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; run metal spatula around edge of loaves to loosen. Remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
4:  Spread frosting on tops of loaves; sprinkle with remaining sprinkles. When ready to serve, cut into slices.

Darlene’s Tips:  You could do this with any flavor cake mix and you certainly do not have to add the sprinkles. You could add chopped nuts instead or anything you want. A spice cake with chopped nuts would be delish and top with cream cheese frosting!
