INGREDIENTS:

check for ingredient coupons here
2 containers (6 oz each) of yogurt, flavor of your choice
2 cups cut-up fresh fruit such as blueberries, bananas, cherries, grapes, papaya, peaches, oranges, raspberries, strawberries, grapefruit, plums, mango or pineapple
1 tablespoon honey or corn syrup like Karo
food quality popsicle sticks
4 or 5 oz paper cups

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Toss all ingredients in a blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
2: Divide mixture among the (4 or 5-oz) paper cups. Cover cups with foil; insert craft stick into center of each pop. Freeze about 6 hours or until frozen.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can write the flavor of the popsicle on the stick. If you want to make a variety of flavors, just cut the recipe in half (1 yogurt, 1 cup fruit, 1/2 tsp honey) or in quarters (1/2 yogurt, 1/2 cup fruit, drizzle of honey).  You can also mix flavors like banana strawberry, cherry pineapple, etc. And if you don’t have honey or corn syrup, you can totally omit that ingredient.
