Eat Meat! Drink Water! Get Rest!
(those are the words I live by)
Yesterday – Tuesday 3/7 – Day 111
When I got up, I had hot water.
At 1:30pm, I made an awesome bacon burger patty and also cooked slices of pork tenderloin and chicken breast. I ate almost everything on my plate.
Check out my late night duct tape adventure!!!
At 10:30pm, I cooked some sliced beef (all out of roast now. danger! danger! lol) and ate a nice plateful.
Food that entered my mouth yesterday: ground beef, sliced beef, chicken, pork, bacon and lots of delicious water.

(I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
