Happy Thursday!
It’s kind of hard to believe it’s already Thursday. This week flew by. And it’s almost cold. I think many would have their heat on today. I’ll just enjoy the coldness and the grayness. I’m even drinking a hot coffee, not iced coffee. What a perfect day!
Once again, I was a busy girl yesterday. You know why? Workaholic. I can’t even imagine going through life not enjoying your work. And for so many, that’s the way life is. How on earth does anyone survive that?
I embellished one of my old Quilt Block Party blocks. Remember those? If you’ve been with me for a while I’m sure you do! My only regret is that I did not get crazy enough with the embellishing. I held back because I have 20 blocks to get through. I think I’ll be embellishing more and I may hit the first block with more lace and buttons and some hand stitching too. I want the blocks to be very crazy and totally funkified!
Then I sat down last night and read the messages I got on the dating site. Too freaking funny! I’d say all but just maybe one or two of those guys are scammers. Does not matter to me at all. Gives me plenty of content! lol
Today, I really hope to record Fan Mail Friday so I will have that ready for tomorrow. And I have a new quilt block I’d like to try out. And gee wiz, I need to knock out an upcycled fashion! I think I’m in the mood for that today. Must be in the right mood.
And there’s always fabric to cut.
Still not sure if I’ll be offering this batch on eBay or on this website. eBay is good for publicity, but often times I sell out in just a few hours so that does not give me much publicity at all. That’s a lot of fees for just two hours of hosting my fabric. Yet it’s so convenient and I’m willing to pay for that convenience. Still thinking about it.
