Happy Monday everyone!
It’s Manic Monday! I love Mondays because I get to print a shiny new weekly schedule page and I have another chance to pick from all the videos I love to do the best. I don’t designate certain days for videos, I just have them on the list. I try to do certain ones each week so today I get to pick fresh as they are all back up for grabs. Anything that did not get done the week before gets marked as a priority. The only weekly video I did not get around to doing last week was my Upcycled Fashions. Some other videos are down for bi-weekly or monthly. I run a tight ship!
Yes, eclipse today. I do not like the excitement. I like normal days. I’ll be happy for it to be over. The only good thing is that maybe we’ll get a little bit of darkness because right now, the sun is so bright that it’s bringing me down. I thrive in darkness and would love to have it be dark maybe 20 hours per day with maybe 4 hours of daylight. And I’d try to sleep during that 4 hours. That would be lovely!
Yesterday I was on a mega roll! First I dyed and trimmed my hair. Then I made an easy quilt block that I was totally surprised had such design opportunities. And equally surprised at just how easy it was to make. I ended my night by crumb quilting with you. I now have 10 6 inch blocks completed. All that was very good!
Since today is Manic Monday, I need to get some penny auctions listed on eBay. I was supposed to get those listings scheduled throughout the week but that did not happen. I guess I need to put “schedule auctions” on my schedule so I can remember to schedule them. lol
Other than that, I might try to work on the upcycled fashions. I have a few ideas and I’m anxious to try to make a matching top for the skirt I made previously. And there is always a chance for more late night crumb quilting.
Youtube Analytics Mini Update: Holy shit, I have an amazing update! I hit my very first ever $50 day! Aug 19 ended up with my highest watch time ever withalmost 162K mintues, over 20K views and $51.23 in revenue. So excited! And I must say, the crumb quilt videos are kicking ass. Episode 1 got up to 10K views in the first 48 hours and is now over 12K views. The others in the series are climbing the ladder quickly too. Crumb quilt is a highly searched term on youtube with very little content to be found on the topic. Score for me! Episode 1 has been the best performing new video I’ve ever had. Usually I have to wait several months for one to catch on. But Youtube is promoting the hell out of that one for me with 87% of my traffic coming from Suggested Videos and Browse Features. Thank you Youtube!
What I Have on eBay: Still fabric, but you can check for new penny auctions here later today, maybe after 3:00pm, maybe sooner.

What I’m Watching Tonight: Not sure. What’s even on tonight? lol I see a special about the eclipse that is on from 4pm to midnight on The Weather Channel (TWC). I guess I could turn that on if I feel the need to listen to something.
