It’s Saturday!
And it’s a bright and sunny day, which I’m sure makes many happy. But it’s also cold, currently in the mid 30s and the low is expected to be around 13 degrees F. But no wind today. Yesterday was windy and I could actually feel it coming through my old house. It was cold. But still better than too hot.
I finished the Scrappy Hot Mess quilt yesterday! I had quite a time with that beast, but in the end I’m happy with it because I’ve decided to have a giveaway with that quilt as the prize after my trip. I think giveaways are going to be a good way for me to get rid of some of my stuff. I just need to think up creative giveaways. I really don’t like giveaways because one, they are a pain in the ass to set up, and two, many people just enter with no real desire to win. I like stuff I send out to go to people who actually appreciate getting the item.
I ended my night with lots of laughter as I read my youtube comments for my patrons! That series will now be exclusive for my patrons now. I had stopped recording those simply due to the backlash I got from some. I know many love, love, love when I read comments. I they love it that much, a buck a month is certainly worth the laughs. I really love the freedom that patroen gives me. So nice to not rely only on youtube as a way to make money with my humor.
Not sure what I have planned for today as far as videos go. I really have a ton of stuff to do before my trip which is in just one week. I must focus on that stuff. But I’m sure I’ll get something uploaded later.

My Denim & Muslin Rag Quilt is over! I will be taking the Christmas Prints Cotton for quilters down in a few days since I don’t want to be processing orders during the week. Just too stressed over my trip to do that.
