What I Ate Yesterday – Day 17

Yesterday – Saturday 12/3 – Day 17

I didn’t even think about my coffee when I woke up.  Woke up quite refreshed.

At 2:00pm I cooked the concoction you see above. This mix included bacon, ground beef, rump roast and deli ham. It was fabulous and I ate every bit of it. For some reason, I forgot the butter. I didn’t even cook with butter this time.

At 2:30pm is when I realized I never had a coffee, so I had a decafe with heavy cream. It’s the perfect way for me to finish off my meal.

At 6:00pm: I sliced more beef rump roast and I cooked it in a pan. Rare. Like really rare. lol  I also added a bit of ground beef to that and I ate that like dog chewing meat between my paws. Sorry for putting that image in your mind, but that’s how it felt. And it felt so right! Again, no butter. Just forgot about it.

At some point after I went to bed, like after midnight, I got up and had a gulp of light cream and chased that down with a gulp of heavy cream. Went back to bed completely satisfied. I swear, I’m going to start using a shot glass for this because that’s how very special it is to me.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  beef (ground, rump roast), bacon, deli ham, cream (heavy and light), coffee (decafe), water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
