What I Ate Yesterday – Day 18

Yesterday – Sunday 12/4 – Day 18

I had my daily coffee with heavy cream when I woke up.

At 3:00 pm, I ate the loveliness that you see above which consisted of beef rump roast, turkey (frozen from Thanksgiving) and my most awesome bacon ends.  I cooked in butter with extra butter added to the top. I did not eat it all. I ate until I was stuffed and I moaned with delight during the entire feast. I had about 6 slices of beef left when I was done which I saved for dinner.

At 8:00pm I had the leftover beef from lunch but since there was not enough for a meal, I added the leftovers from yesterday’s meal which included ground beef.  And I ate another big plate full.  I had quite the appetite yesterday!

At 12:30am I ate some deli ham and had a gulp of heavy cream and light cream. Still looking for a shot glass. In all my years of drinking, I never did shots. But I know there has to be a shot glass around here somewhere! lol

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  beef (ground, rump roast), bacon, turkey, deli ham, cream (heavy and light), butter, coffee, water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
