What I Ate Yesterday – Day 20

REMINDER:  I will be weighing myself for you on January 1st, so don’t forgot to come back for that! I’m not in this for the weight loss, but I know many are curious (me too) so I will be reporting my weight for curious minds!

Yesterday – Tuesday 12/6 – Day 20

I had my daily coffee with heavy cream when I woke up. I did not feel the need for it, but drank it by habit. I make it very weak now. It’s like my taste buds can’t even tolerate it strong anymore.

At 1:00pm, I ate the vision of beauty that you see above.  I cooked some slices of beef rump roast in butter and left them rare. Then I added some of the loose meat leftovers that I had on hand. T’was quite delish!  I did not eat everything on the plate, but I got pretty close!

At 6:00pm, I cooked about a pound of the ground beef that I picked up at Walmart then I added the what was left from my lunch and warmed that all together with buttah! I had quite a plate full (almost as full as the plate above) and I ate every bit. I also drank the juice that remained. I’m honestly thinking of coming up with a hot bacon grease and butter beverage to drink before bed to warm me up at night. I bet that would be so satisfying!

At 8:00pm, I had a decafe with heavy cream.  I add just a tiny bit of instant coffee now because as I mentioned above, strong no longer tastes good.  Also, I’m trying to get away from it because coffee is a plant and is on the NOT optimal list because some can’t tolerate it, yet some can’t live without it, you know what I mean, jelly bean?  I actually tried just hot water and heavy cream, but it was a bit too blah.  This is why I’m thinking I want to try bacon grease and butter. What a nightcap! lol

At 11:00pm, I suddenly got hungry again!  I was like, what??? With all that meat in my belly?  I really had an appetite yesterday. And the rule is if you’re hungry, you eat meat. As much as you want until satisfied. And it does not matter in the beginning if you are eating out of hunger or habit or because you’re emotional or whatever. If you feel like you want to eat, you just eat. Your body knows what to do with it. So fill it up and let it do it’s thing!

So I got out of bed and cooked 5 eggs and and grabbed the deli ham.  I ate probably 10 slices of deli ham and scoffed down 4 of the eggs. Then I was too full to eat the 5th egg so I put that sucker in a baggie and it’s in the fridge. I plan on eating it with my lunch today. Oh, by the way, eggs are unlimited. Eat as many as you want. If you think that hurts your cholesterol numbers, it doesn’t. Most any doctor will now tell you that eating cholesterol has nothing to do with raising your cholesterol. If your doctor does not know this, change doctors! lol

I just realized that I did not have my nightly gulp of light cream. I think it’s because there was not one tiny bit of room left for cream after my close-to-midnight feast! lol  I woke up filled with energy and no headache.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  beef (ground, rump roast), pork (ground, bacon), eggs, deli ham, heavy cream, butter, coffee (reg and decafe), water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
