1 box (15.25 oz) Betty Crocker SuperMoist Yellow or Spice Cake Mix Yellow (or store brand)
2 very ripe bananas
1 can (16 oz) Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy Frosting Vanilla (or store brand)
0ptional: dried bananas for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. In a stand mixer or large bowl, beat together the cake mix, bananas, and 1 tablespoon of the vanilla frosting until well mixed.
2: Spoon batter by tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 8-12 minutes, or just until the cookies set. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet and transferring to cooling rack.
3: Spoon frosting into a plastic zip-top bag. Microwave for 10-15 seconds, just enough to soften the frosting, then snip a small corner from the frosting bag and drizzle over cooled cookies.
Darlene’s Tips: You could add a drop of food coloring to the frosting or even try a different flavor of frosting. Cream cheese frosting would be great, especially if you opt for the spice cake mix!
