Easy Peanut Butter Sheet Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist yellow cake mix
1 1/3 cups water
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
chocolate frosting of your choice

DIRECTIONS:

1: Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Spray bottom and sides of 13 x 9-inch pan with baking spray with flour.
2: In large bowl, beat all cake ingredients with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan.
3: Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
4: Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 1 hour. Frost as desired.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can add sprinkles to the cake or toss on some chocolate and peanut butter morsels. And you don’t have to use chocolate frosting. Use whatever flavor you want. Feeling nutty? Use chunky peanut butter instead of smooth. A chocolate cake mix with peanut butter might be super cool too and frost with this peanut butter frosting.
