DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 350°F. Line large rimmed baking pan with cooking parchment paper.

2:  Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Separate each biscuit into 2 layers, making a total of 16 thin biscuits. Evenly divide blueberries among bottom biscuit halves. Place biscuit tops on top of blueberries.

3:  Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Transfer to serving platter; cool 5 minutes.

4:  In small bowl, mix powdered sugar with a few drops of water at a time until you get the glaze consistency that you like. Drizzle the glaze over the biscuits.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can flavor your glaze by adding a few drops of extract. Or you can use juice instead of water. You can color it by adding a drop of food coloring. You can also use strawberries or other berries instead of blueberries. Experiment!
