Darlene’s Tips:  You can add any other ingredients you want like chopped onion or peppers, or any seasonings, especially if you are using plain pork instead of sausage (sausage is already seasoned). Shape patties if you prefer and use in breakfast sandwhiches topped with fried or scrambled eggs served in an english muffin, bagel or biscuit. And freeze for quick breakfasts you can pop in the microwave and eat on the go!
