2-Ingredient Banana Bread Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 box Betty Crocker SuperMoist Spice Cake Mix
2 very ripe bananas
optional: frosting or glaze of your choice
optional: dried banana chips for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix and bananas.

2:  Spoon batter by tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes, or just until the cookies set. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet and transferring to cooling rack. Frost or garnish as desired or just serve them plain.

Darlene’s Tips:  You could add some chopped nuts for banana nut bread cookies.  Walnuts or pecans would be great.  You can totally use any yellow cake mix if you don’t want the spice cake flavor. You can also add a teaspoon of banana exctract for more banana flavor.
