Oh So Nacho Pizza Rolls Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 bag (40-count) Totino’s Pizza Rolls frozen cheese pizza snacks (or any brand)
6 oz Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
Sliced or chopped toppings of your choice: fresh tomato, onions, black olives, diced avocado, sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, sour cream, rinsed black beans, etc.

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 425°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.

2:  Spread pizza snacks in single layer on pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until heated through. Push pizza snacks together until touching.

3:  Meanwhile, in 2-cup microwavable glass measuring cup, microwave cheese uncovered on High 60 to 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted. Stir in green chiles; microwave 15 to 30 seconds or until heated through and pourable.

4:  Pour warm cheese mixture on top of hot pizza snacks. Top with your favorite toppings!

Darlene’s Tips:  Serve with sour cream, guacamole, bean dip or whatever! You could also sprinke the pizza rolls with taco seasoning before baking for added flavor.  And don’t forget to make these Baked Taco Chicken Wings too!
