DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 350°F. Let cookie dough stand at room temperature 10 minutes to soften. Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
2: In large bowl, break up cookie dough. Add flour and stir with spoon or hands until well blended.
3: Place cookie dough on cookie sheet; press into 15×8-inch rectangle. With pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut dough into 30 (4×1-inch) sticks. Do not separate the pieces.
4: Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes then cut along the lines that you created during the first cut. Cool 1 minute more then separate the cookie sticks and move cooling racks. Cool completely, about 20 minutes.

Darlene’s Tips: You can decorate these any way you like. Melt candy morsels and dip one end then decorate with sprinkles as show in the images. Or dip the entire stick for a candy coated cookie stick. You could also make cookie wafers by spreading frosting of your choice between two cookies and creating a sandwich. Let kids write their names on the cookies using frosting or gel. Or just eat as is or serve with pudding as a dip! If you want a certain flavor, you could add a few drops of extract when mixing the dough. Tint to whatever color you want with a drop of food coloring. And you could also cut other shapes like triangles, diamonds, whatever. No cookie cutters needed. Just use a knife or pizza cutter!
