DIRECTIONS:

1:  Pour hot sauce over drummettes in bowl.  Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.  You can also do this in a zipper bag.

2:  Heat oven to 450ºF. Melt butter in pan, 15 1/2×10 1/2×1 inch, in oven. Stir together Bisquick mix, salt and pepper.

3:  Remove chicken from sauce and discard sauce. Coat chicken with Bisquick mixture. Place in single layer in pan.

3:  Bake 25 minutes.  Turn and bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and juice is no longer pink when centers of pieces are cut.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can add any other seasonings that you want, like garlic salt, onion salt, whatever! And you can use store brand baking mix and any hot sauce you like. Don’t worry about the size of the pan. If the chicken fits, use it. If you have a rack, you could try using that too and you may not need to turn them. Serve with any dip of your choice!
