DIRECTIONS:
1: Completely line bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with foil.
2: In medium microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla baking chips on Medium-High (70%) 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and completely smooth. Stir in frosting until mixed well.
3: Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, heat candies and water to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer uncovered about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until candies are melted. Gradually beat cinnamon mixture into fudge.
4: Spread fudge in pan. Add sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until set. Remove fudge from pan and cut into squares or heart shapes to serve. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to 1 week.

Darlene’s Tips: This fudge might be on the soft side so you can store in the freezer and serve as a fun frozen treat. If you want to skip the cinnamon step, just buy any pink frosting (creamy NOT whipped) or buy white frosting and tint with food coloring. Just mix the baking morsels and frosting as directed and pour into pan. Add sprinkles if desired.
