Easy Bisquick Oven Baked Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

3 to 3 1/2 pounds chicken drums and/or thighs
2/3 cup Original Bisquick mix
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 425°F. Spray a 13×9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2: Stir together Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with mix. Place skin sides down in dish.
3: Bake 35 minutes then turn chicken. Bake about 15 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest pieces are cut to bone.
Darlene’s Tips: You can make this spicy by adding cayenne pepper. You can coat the chicken by placing the dry mix in a bag with one or two pieces of chicken at a time and shake. Add any other seasonings you want like garlic or onion powder, chili powder, taco seasoning, seasoned salt, whatever! If you want it more crisp, bake on a pan with a rack.
