INGREDIENTS:

Brownies (homemade or store bought, Little Debbie would work)
1 oz cream cheese, softened
1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough
(see my tips below)

See my Darlene’s Concoctions videos!

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Crumble the brownies (about 1 cup, packed) and stir in cream cheese until mixed well. Roll mixture into 8 balls.

Step 2: Heat oven to 350°F. Line extra-large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.

Step 3:  Cut cookie dough into 16 slices. Flatten slices, and form 2 slices of cookie dough around 1 brownie ball, completely sealing edges of dough and forming into ball. Place on cookie sheet, pressing down slightly. Repeat for remaining cookies, placing at least 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

Step 4: Bake 17 to 20 minutes or until cookies are golden brown. Cool on cookie sheet 10 minutes; remove to cooling rack to cool completely.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can try this with sugar cookie or peanut butter cookie dough.  Both would be great stuffed with brownies!  Or try using any gooey sweet treat mixed for the center ball. Soft store bought cookies mixed with the cream cheese or even cake or something like twinkies might be awesome!
