Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
Deep-Dish Pizza Casserole Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

1 can (13 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust
1 1/2 cups pizza sauce of your choice
2 1/2 cups shredded cheese (such as mozzarella, provolone or blend)
12 slices pepperoni or toppings of your choice
optional: 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

DIRECTIONS:
1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
2: Unroll the pizza dough, and press it into the bottom and halfway up sides of prepared baking dish.
3: Spread the sauce over the pizze dough then cover with cheese and then top with pepperoni or toppings of your choice.
4: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
Darlene’s Tips: Serve with warm pizza sauce to use as a dip. Or serve cold leftover pizza with cold sauce or cheese dip for a quick and easy snack. You can cut this pizza into strips for pizza “fingers” which are easier to dip. Pack a bunch for a picnic or for lunches!
