Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
No Bake Lemon or Lime Pie Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon or lime juice
1 ready-made graham cracker crust

DIRECTIONS:
1: Beat the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice in a large bowl until smooth.
2: Spread the filling in crust.
3: Refrigerate 4 hours but no longer than 8 hours.
Darlene’s Tips: I have no clue why it says to not refrigerate longer than 8 hours. I would not worry about it. lol I can get big bottles of lemon or lime juice at my Dollar Tree for only a buck! Want lemon and lime flavor? Use 1/4 cup of each juice! Serve with a dollop of whipped topping. You can flavor the whipped topping too. Add about 1 teaspoon of the juice of your choice to the tub of whipped topping (must be thawed) along with 2 or 3 tablespoons of granulated suger. Mix and serve! You could tint both the pie filling and the whipped topping with a drop or two of food coloring. You could try making lemon flavored pie tinted a soft yellow with lime flavored whipped topping tinted soft green. That would be a good way to get a lemon and lime combo! I’d like to try this recipe for my mother, but I want to freeze it and see how that works.
