Copycat Chick-fil-A Dipping Sauce Recipe – Only 4 Ingredients

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet and smoky barbecue sauce (see tips below)
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard
(see my tips below)

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Mix ingredients well in a small bowl.

2:  Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Darlene’s Tips: This is a tip from General Mills… “Since barbecue sauce varies drastically in flavor, be sure you find one with notes of sweet, smoke, hickory and slight tanginess (vinegar) for your best match to the original Chick-fil-A sauce.”  My tips… you can alter this recipe by using different varieties of barbecue sauce and also different varieties of mustard. Try spicy brown mustard or horseradish mustard for a spicy dip.  If you use Honey Mustard,  you can skip the mustard in the recipe. Use as a dip for anything… fries, chicken wings, fish sticks, veggies, whatever!
