3 Ingredient Snickerdoodle Cookies – Easy Sugar Cookie Dough Hack

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not test this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

INGREDIENTS:

1 roll Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 350°F.

2:  Break up cookie dough in a large bowl. Stir or knead in flour until well blended. Reshape into log.

3:  Cut cookie dough into 1/4-inch slices. Shape each into ball and roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture.  Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

4:  Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute then remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack.

Darlene’s Tips: You can alter this recipe any way you like by adding about 1/4 cup total of stuff like candy morsels, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, raisins, whatever!  If you can’t find cinnamon sugar, just mix cinnamon and sugar together. You can also use other spices like clove, allspice, nutmeg, ginger. Just mix whatever flavors you like with sugar. Delish!
