Easy Pineapple Whip – Just 2 Ingredients

I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe.  I’m just posting so you can try it!

INGREDIENTS:
1 can of pineapple chunks, 20 oz.
3/4 cup milk (give or take)

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Open can of pineapple and pour pineapple and juice into a container or plastic bag and freeze until ready to use.  Just before using, place on counter until slightly thawed.

2:  Add slightly thawed pineapple and milk to a blender and blend until very smooth. If it’s too thick, you can add a bit more milk.  If it’s too thin and you don’t have any more pineapple, you can add ice cubes one at a time and blend until it’s the consistency you like.

Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on eBay and at Walmart!

Darlene’s Tips:  You can freeze any leftovers but it will most likely freeze very hard.  You can pop it in the microwave for just 10 seconds and you should be able to spoon it out. If not, do 5 seconds more in the microwave and try again.  You can also just leave it on the counter until it’s thawed enough to spoon out. Feel free to add sugar and pineapple extract to the mix for more sweetness and more flavor.
