Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons jam or preserves
optional: 1 tablespoon butter, melted and 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS:
1: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 8 triangles.
2: Spread each triangle with peanut butter and jam (see my tip below). Roll up loosely as directed on can.
3: Place rolls on ungreased cookie sheet. Optional: brush with melted butter then sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
4: Bake 10 to 15 minutes.

Darlene’s Tips: Make spreading the peanut butter and jelly easier by mixing the two in a bowl first. It will help keep the jelly from oozing out. Instead of sesame seeds, you could brush with butter and sprinkle with coarse sugar or just leave the tops plain.
