Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 (2 lb) pork roast, cubed
1 can can cola
1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
1 cup honey barbecue sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1: Place pork cubes in a slow cooker. Pour cola over top of pork. Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low.
2: Transfer pork from the slow cooker with a slotted spoon. Use a fork to shred the pork.
3: Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker. Stir in taco seasoning and barbecue sauce and it’s ready to serve!
Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on eBay and at Walmart!
Darlene’s Tips: Serve on buns or in sub rolls. You can also serve on the plate with a side of rice or pasta. You can add fresh toppings on top like thinly sliced onion, chopped peppers, shredded cheese… whatever you like! Try this with root beer instead of cola too!
