Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist white cake mix
1 can (12 oz) soda of your choice
optional: frosting of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.
Step 2: In large bowl, beat dry cake mix and soda with electric hand mixer on low speed for 1 minute, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping side of bowl. Divide batter among cups.
Step 3: Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes then remove to cooling rack to cool completely, about 1 hour.

Darlene’s Tips: Top with your favorite frosting or leave plain to make it easy to carry them to a potluck. You can frost and decorate as desired once you reach your location. If you want white cupcakes, use clear flavored soda. Feel free to add an egg to the mix if you want for a more firm texture. You could also add a tablespoon or two of vegetable oil to make them more moist.
