Easy Canned Peach Cobbler Recipe – Made with Bisquick

I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 can (29 ounces) sliced peaches, drained

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Heat oven to 375°F.  Stir together Bisquick mix, milk and nutmeg in an ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish. Stir in butter until blended.

2:  Stir together sugar and peaches and spoon over batter.

3:  Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden.

Darlene’s Tips:  You can add some chopped nuts to this recipe like pecans or walnuts. Add the nuts to the bisquick batter or to the peaches or just sprinkle them on top. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.  If you don’t have nutmeg, you can just skip that, or use cinnamon instead.  For a more robust flavor, try using light brown sugar instead of white, or use 1/2 cup of each. Experiment!
