I use affiliate links in some of my posts. I may earn a commission if you use my links. Full disclosure.

Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (25 to 28 oz) crushed tomatoes
2 cans (15 oz each) chili beans in sauce
1 can (15 oz) black beans, undrained
1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, undrained
2 cups leftover cooked meat (ground beef, turkey, chicken, ham, etc.)
3 tablespoons chili powder

DIRECTIONS:

1:  Dump everything in a pot and heat until hot.

Search for stuff you need on Amazon, on eBay and at Walmart!

Darlene’s Tips:  You can heat this and keep it hot in a slow cooker for a potluck dinner.  You can add any other ingredients you like, but maybe cook or saute them first, like onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc.  You could use diced tomatoes instead of crushed, or use a smaller can of each. For meat, if you don’t have leftovers, you could use any frozen meatballs (cut them up if desired).  Top chili with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, if desired. Serve with biscuits or tortilla chips for dipping!
