Please remember that I don’t eat this stuff so I did not make this recipe. I’m just posting so you can try it!
INGREDIENTS:
4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken (thighs or drums or both)
1/4 cup bread crumbs
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons butter (not margarine)
DIRECTIONS:
1: Heat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil (you can use a cookie sheet). Spray foil with cooking spray.
2: In small bowl, mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper and paprika. Coat chicken pieces with bread crumb mixture. Place chicken, skin sides down, in foil half of pan.
3: In small microwavable bowl, microwave 2 tablespoons butter uncovered on High 10 to 15 seconds or until melted. Drizzle melted butter over chicken pieces.
4: Bake 20 to 23 minutes or until chicken starts to brown. Turn chicken over and bake 17 to 20 minutes more.

Darlene’s Tips: Don’t worry about measuring the salt, pepper and paprika. Just add as little or as much as you want. You can also add other seasonings like garlic power, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if you want it spicy), taco seasoning, whatever! Or use seasoned bread crumbs then you don’t need any seasoning at all.
