Yesterday – Friday 3/10 – Day 114

PLEASE READ:  I am not sure if I will be continuing this blog series or not, or maybe turn it to weekly zero carb chat blog series instead of daily.  Here’s the thing… every day is pretty much the same for me!  I eat meat.  I drink water. And it has all become so NORMAL for me that it seems silly to keep posting what I eat.  It would be like posting how I brush my teeth every day, you know what I mean, jelly bean?

And these “what I eat” updates used to be my most viewed blog posts but the views have dropped. I know it’s because everyone knows exactly what I ate, so there is no more curiosity.  I’m no longer a rubbernecker freak show!

Once again, I did not take a picture of my food yesterday, and it felt so good to just grab a plate of meat and eat without having to find my camera. lol  I also didn’t take notice of the time that I ate because when I eat does not matter, even if it’s 3:00am, that’s okay.  I didn’t write down what I ate yesterday either, and I don’t remember exactly, so here’s the short version…

When I got up, I had hot water.

At some point during the day, I ate meat and drank water.

Later that night, I ate meat and drank water.

See what I mean?  It’s all I do! Every day.  Same old, same old.  I think I might have had mustard at some point yesterday.  And I know I had chicken in the mix.  I also had some salt as a test to help my GERD (more on that later)  So let’s just go with an educated guess as to what I consumed. You can probably already guess too!

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  (educated guess) ground beef, sliced beef, chicken, bacon, mustard, salt and lots of delicious water.

With this said, I will feel sad not posting what I eat, but again, it was very exciting for me in the beginning, and now it just seems so normal.  The 20 minutes or so that it takes me to create the blog post every day can be better spent working on my Youtube Channel.  I have so much to do and so little time!  But zero carb is not leaving my life any time soon.  I am now a meat addict!!!

Yesterday – Thursday 3/9 – Day 113

NOTE:  I totally forgot to take a picture of my lunch yesterday.  So I thought I’d take a picture of my dinner, but I forgot that too.  I’m realizing that this way of eating is so natural to me now that I forget that there is any other way to eat, so documenting it just slips my mind.

When I got up, I had hot water.

At 11:30pm, I had a big bacon burger patty and a side of sliced beef.  I ate early because we were going out, plus I was hungry since I got up early.  I think the change in routine made me forget about the camera.

Check out my new Upcycled Fashions!  I transformed a T-Shirt into a Dress!

At 7:00pm, I had another hamburger patty but I skipped the bacon this time.  Not sure why.  Just did.  I also had a delicious pork chop on my plate.  So good!

At midnight, I cooked some yummy slices of beef and added a bit of salt this time.  Ate a plateful of that.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  ground beef, sliced beef, pork, bacon, salt and lots of delicious water.

Yesterday – Wednesday 3/8 – Day 112

When I got up, I had hot water.

At 1:30pm, I made yet another awesome bacon burger patty with a side of sliced beef. Soooo goood!  I ate almost all of what you see on my plate.

At 8:00pm, I nibbled on some chicken gizzards and hearts while watching Survivor.  I really was not very hungry and only ended up having a few.

At midnight, I was hungry and ate some leftovers that I heated up.  This included chicken, pork, ground beef, sliced beef and bacon.  I ate a decent sized meal.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  ground beef, sliced beef, chicken, pork, bacon, chicken hearts and gizzards and lots of delicious water.

Yesterday – Tuesday 3/7 – Day 111

When I got up, I had hot water.

At 1:30pm, I made an awesome bacon burger patty and also cooked slices of pork tenderloin and chicken breast.  I ate almost everything on my plate.

At 10:30pm, I cooked some sliced beef (all out of roast now. danger! danger! lol) and ate a nice plateful.

What I Ate Yesterday – 110 Days of Living Zero Carb

Yesterday – Monday 3/6 – Day 110

When I got up, I had just cold water.

At 1:15pm, I cooked the variety of meat you see above.  I had chicken, sliced beef, ground beef, pork tenderloin, bacon and smoked sausage.  I ate about half of what you see in my plate.

I made another quilt block for the Quilt Block Party!

At 8:30pm, I warmed up the my leftovers from lunch and that was it!  So all I ate yesterday was the plateful of food you see above.  That really is not much at all, but I just was not hungry for more.  Just eat when hungry and stop when satisfied.  Don’t over think it!

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  chicken, sliced beef, ground beef, pork tenderloin, bacon, smoked sausage and lots of delicious water.

Yesterday – Sunday 3/5 – Day 109

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 2:00pm, I cooked such a delicious meal.  I had a big, juicy, bacon burger along with some ham and most tender beef slices.  I ate maybe more than half of what you see.

At 8:00pm, I warmed up the rest of my lunch along with a few other leftovers that I had. Easy peasy!

Yesterday – Saturday 3/4 – Day 108

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 2:00pm, I ate from the plate you see above.  I had beef liver cooked with bacon, then I used the same pan to cook a juicy hamburger patty along with sliced beef and warmed up some breakfast sausage links.  I ate almost everything in the plate.  I ended up with one piece of leftover liver which my mother is now eating for lunch today.

At 9:00pm, I cooked a big hamburger patty with bacon and also sliced up more beef.  I had a nice big plateful of that awesomeness!

Yesterday – Friday 3/3 – Day 107

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 2:30pm, I ate from the plate you see above.  I had a bacon burger, sliced beef cooked medium rare with lots of yummy fat, and some breakfast sausages.  I ate everything except for one sausage link and a little bit of the hamburger patty.

How much did I earn on Youtube for February?

At 7:45pm, I had a meal that consisted of only leftovers.  I warmed up some left over bacon burgers (from the past 2 days), sliced beef and sausage links.  Warmed that all in the microwave and ate every bit.  So all my leftover are now gone!  No waste!

Yesterday – Thursday 3/2 – Day 106

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 2:00pm, I had an awesome bacon burger (my new staple) along with a piece of beef liver that was so incredibly delish (liver is not mandatory, I just eat it because I love it) and some slices of smoked sausage.  What a satisfying lunch!  I ate all the liver and left only two or three bites of the other stuff.  So good!

At 9:00pm, I had a plate full of sliced beef.  I swear, the shoulder roasts that I get at Roger’s just melt in my mouth!  I slice and pan fry for just a few minutes on one side, flip them over, turn the burner off and just let them sit there.  Perfectly rare to medium rare every time and super tender!  I’m so addicted to this!!!

Yesterday – Wednesday 3/1 – Day 105

When I got up, I had my usual chug jug of hot water.

At 2:00pm, I ate from the feast you see above!  My mother wanted haddock for Ash Wednesday, so I had some too. Only I had mine as a side to my beef.  I ate all the fish and a little more than half of the rest of the stuff.  There was a big, thick, juicy bacon burger (I now cut my bacon ends into small pieces and squish them into the patty, so good! That’s NOT onions!) and some most tender sliced beef (the shoulder roast at Roger’s is da bomb!)

Did you hear me fake cry at the end of this video? lol

At 8:00pm, I cooked some more ground beef then added the leftover ground beef and sliced beef from lunch.  I also had some breakfast sausage links with that. Yummers!  Oh, I had that with mustard this time.

At 12:30am, I cooked more sliced beef and chowed down!

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  sliced beef, ground beef, bacon, haddock, sausage, mustard and lots of delicious water.
