What I Ate Yesterday – Day 68

Yesterday – Monday 1/23 – Day 68

When I got up, I had my usual cup of coffee with whole milk.

At 1:15pm, I ate from the plate above.  It included hot sausage, ground beef, sliced beef, bacon ends, and pork tenderloin. I cooked it in butter and ate almost all of what you see.  Quite sure I had a decafe with whole milk after that but I didn’t jot it down on my notes.  Let’s assume I did.

At 7:30pm, I sliced up more beef cooked in butter.  I had a plateful and ate every bit.

At 1:15am, I got hungry again and cooked some ground beef with scrambled eggs.  I made a huge plateful but only ate about half and put the rest away.  I’m be including those leftovers in today’s lunch.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday: sliced beef, ground beef, pork tenderloin, bacon ends, hot sausage, eggs, butter, whole milk, coffee, pepper, lots of water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
