Before you jump for joy, I’m going to warn you that some of you might have a tough time with this deal, depending on your cashier, manager, store. However, you are allowed to use a bogo coupon on a bogo sale at Shaw’s to get 2 items free. Shaw’s said so on facebook (first they got it wrong, then they got it right and changed their answer).
This deal is a bit trickier because it’s a B2G1 sale with a B1G1 coupon. You will be picking up 6 total so this is what you are doing… B1 B1 G1, B1 B1 G1. Another way to put it is B1 G1, B1 G1, B1 B1. So you see, you have a B1G1 (you can use a B1G1 coupon on that), you have another B1G1 (you can use another B1G1 coupon on that), and finally you have a B1 and B1 (you can use a B1G1 coupon on that!).

The 3 bogo coupons cover all the items, so you can’t use another manufacturer coupon on that deal.

Maybe I’m partly confused because I only have two coupons.
You need 3 b1g1 coupons for it to work as mentioned above. If you have 2 coupons, you could pick up 4, get 1 free with the sale, get 2 free with the coupons, you still only pay for 1 but you only get 4 total, not 6.
I’m confused. Why would you only be paying for 1 if you have to start by buying 2 to get the 1st one free?
Is it 6 total? That includes the 5 free ones and the 1 you will have to pay for right? I hope I am understanding this. Very good to know and I hope my local shaws will be accepting of it. Yes, you buy 6 and pay for 1 (you get 5 free with the store sale and the coupon). I would print what shaw’s said on facebook about being able to get 2 FREE with a bogo sale and a bogo coupon, and also print what I posted. They won’t know what to say so they’ll just have to agree!! lol
