Hannaford in Bucksport does not know how to do this – Adjust the coupon down.
Just fyi in case it happens to others, with this coupon and the Ling Ling one, the cashier had to manually adjust the coupon values down to the product prices (since Hannaford doesn’t provide overages). The register couldn’t automatically handle it.
