Hey everyone! I’m bringing a new weekly feature to the blog. Each week I will be posting my shopping list so you can see what I’m stocking up on. If you need the same items, you can stock up too!
Please note that I’ll be doing lots of stocking up just by shopping sales with no coupons. So if you’d like to save money on groceries without clipping coupons, be sure you come back every week to see what I’m getting. Better yet, just don’t leave! lol

At Shaw’s 9/11 – 9/17 (see flyer)

Pork Chops $1.99/lb (see here) – I will be picking up maybe 2 packages of pork chops just for a change of pace. I’ve been surviving on ground turkey and chicken. Gotta have some pork!

Green Peppers $.99/lb (see here) – I will be very mad if I don’t pick up some peppers! I want to cut and freeze some so I can have some available at all times.

Prince Pasta $.69 (3 day sale, see here) – I’m not eating pasta at the moment, but my mother still is. I need 8 spaghetti and 8 macaroni. I just hope I can force myself to get out during the 3 day sale! If you need pasta in your stockpile, feel free to buy a 6 month to 1 year supply at this price.

Goya Beans $.88 (see here) – I am eating beans on my low carb plan so I need to stock up on this deal! I want garbanzo and black beans. Oh, pinto too. I love them all! I toss them cold on to my salads. If you need to stock up, you can save even more by using coupons if you like. See the Goya Beans deal here.
That’s it for me. There are a few other things below you might want to add to your stockpile if you are low.

Other Stockpile Sales
Kellogg’s Cereal $1.88 (see here) – $1.88 is a good price for cereal without coupons. But if you want Apple Jacks or Froot Loops, you can save more by printing a few coupons. See the $.88 Kellogg’s Cereal deal here.

Bumble Bee Solid White Tuna $.88 (3 day sale, see here) – We don’t often get coupons for solid white tuna, so go ahead and stock up at this price. We do sometimes get it a little bit cheaper, but buy at least a 6 month supply, then if we hit a better sale, you can replenish your stockpile later!

Essential Everyday Canned Veggies $.50 (see here) – You really should have at least a 6 month supply of canned veggies in your stockpile!!! That way it lets you ride it out until the next good sale comes along. Always replenish your stockpile long before you run out. You never want to pay full price!

Those are my picks! If you see something else that you feel is a good sale price, go ahead and stock up. Once your stockpile is built, you will have the luxury of shopping only for items that are free of very cheap later!
