You get 12 rotary cut 5″ strips, 2 of each of the prints shown in the images.

You can use these as is for awesome strip quilts or you can cut into 5″ squares. You can cut (8) 5″ squares per strip.

These strips are the full width of the fabric, usually 42 to 44 inches including the selvages.
