What I Ate Yesterday – Day 32

Yesterday – Sunday 12/18 – Day 32

I had my usual cup of coffee with hwc when I got up.

At 2:00pm, I ate more than half of what you see above.  This was such a good mix that included beef liver!  I happen to love liver, but it’s certainly not mandatory.  You can eat whatever meat you like. Many zero carbers choose to live off beef and beef alone!  What you see above is a pork chop, hot sausage, chicken, and then a mix of ground beef, beef slices, liver and bacon. All cooked in butter.

At 6:30, I did something different.  I cooked myself a huge hamburger patty (I’d say a half pounder) and I added 4 strips of bacon on the top (not bacon ends, I was aiming for crispy).  I put that in my plate and poured the bacon grease on top.  That was some f***ing good!!!  But I ended up with only 3 strips of bacon because my mother ate one. lol

At 7:00pm, I had a decafe with hwc.

At 9:30am, I got hungry again and cooked 4 more bacon strips (how the hell do you cook bacon to make it crispy???) and also added more ground beef to the mix.  Wow, I ended up with a plateful of food and I ate it all.  My appetite has been huge the past few days. But the rules are, if you’re hungry, eat meat until satisfied.  So I do!  I also had a swig of hwc and light cream to finish that off.

Food that entered my mouth yesterday:  pork chop, hot sausage, chicken, ground beef, beef slices, beef liver, bacon, butter, light cream, heavy whipping cream, coffee, salt, pepper, lots of water.

You are free to follow my progress/failures and you can even disagree with what I do. Just remember that I will get the last word because it’s my blog, my channel, my life! That’s the new me talking! (I think I’m growing balls! Let me look… yes, I see one starting to grow!)
