One of my very favorite sites to learn all there is to know about couponing is We Use Coupons. They are by far the BEST site to visit to learn the ropes. However, their site is soooooo full of info that it can be very intimidating, at least it was (and still is) for me.
What I suggest is you sign up for their daily email, at least for a little while. Then you can pick and choose the posts you want to read. The other thing you can do is visit their forums and read, read, read! The best way to learn is to read other people’s questions and answers.
