I have not been to the beach, other than to walk a dog, for years… like maybe 20 years. Today I took Skylar to Wells Harbor and we frolicked in the water and built sand castles and ate lunch with sand on our hands. We had so much fun!
I didn’t realize just how much I missed the beach! Thanks to Skylar, I was actually able to take a few hours off and enjoy myself. It reminded me so much of when my son was young and we would head out for a day of fun in the sun.
Skylar got sunscreen… I skipped it. I have a sunburn and it feels terrific!!!
