A quick recipe and a dieting tip using yogurt!

Use this coupon to score some cheap yogurt at Shaw’s, then try this great breakfast treat!
Take a Yopa! cup and put it into a pint size mason jar. (You could use a Gladware of Ziploc container with a tight fitting lid, if you like.)

To the Yopa! (or any other yogurt that comes in a cup) add 1/3 cup of old fashioned oatmeal and mix.

You can then add frozen fruit, cover it and put it in the fridge overnight. This is your breakfast in the morning.  If you would rather add fresh fruit, add that in the morning just before eating.

A diet tip about yogurt. I was having trouble losing weight and decided my problem was big meals in the evening. I started eating a large lunch instead and only ate a yogurt cup at suppertime. The weight has finally started to drop off.  Patricia
