1 can Hearts of Artichoke (chopped)
1 can Hot green chile-(I use mild Ortega) chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Mix all together well; pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes until bubbly or microwave on high for approximately 10 minutes. Dip with Tostitos or regular chips. You can easily double this recipe. Serve warm. Enjoy.

I didn’t even know there was an Ortega coupon; didn’t see it. And yes, it is fabulous. I like it because it substitutes chiles for the spinach that is usually in it. Hubby can’t eat spinach due to gout.
