Here’s an easy, but impressive, frosting recipe that tastes almost like Strawberry Cheesecake!
1 packet Duncan Hines Frosting Creations Flavor Packet, strawberry shortcake (free at Walmart, Shaw’s, Target with coupon)
1 Duncan Hines Frosting Creations Frosting Starter
1-8oz. package cream cheese
1. Mix flavor packet into the frosting starter
2. Mix softened cream cheese into frosting starter and flavor packet mixture.
Be sure to mix it really good. It can all be mixed in the frosting starter container, but you really have to mix it well. Spread it on a cake or use it to decorate cake push pops. The flavor is amazing! I like to put sliced, fresh strawberries on top, or, put them on the cake first and then pipe the frosting on top. This is a nice little surprise for those eating the cake.
