2-1/2 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (3-oz. each) jell-0 gelatin
2 cups Cool Whip
1. Stir boiling water into gelatin mixes with whisk 2 minutes until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add Cool Whip; stir until blended.
2. Pour into 8-inch square pan.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 36 bites.
This is a really cool dessert. The gelatin sets into two distinct layers. One looks like gelatin and the other looks frosty. Do not use anything larger than a 6×9 inch pan or the layers will not separate. They look very elegant with a tiny chocolate curl on the top. Everyone will love them and they are perfect for those hot summer days ahead.
