4 slices of bread (cinnamon raisin would be nice)
12 Tablespoons vanilla yogurt
1-2 Tablespoons milk
1 egg
pinch each of cinnamon, nutmeg
salt to taste (optional)
1. In mixing bowl, beat together eggs, yogurt, and milk.
2. Use butter to lightly grease a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture, coating both sides.
4. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
5. Serve with syrup or fresh fruit. (And maybe a little whipped cream would be nice.
For a crowd, use 12 slices of bread and the following increases: 1 (5.3 oz.) container yogurt, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 tsp. each cinnamon and nutmeg, and 4 eggs.
