1 Cantaloupe or Honey Dew Melon
1/2 – 1 lb. thin sliced Prosciutto
Wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for 1/2 hour before grilling
1. Cut Melons into 4-5 inch wedges
2. Wrap one piece prosciutto around each melon wedge
3. Insert skewer and cook over grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
Note: Can be seasoned with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, mint. You decide how you want to season it.
