Hello everyone! It’s Monday and I’m totally relaxed! It’s snowing a bit in Sanford and I’m loving the grayness of the day. Also loving that I don’t have to go out if I don’t want to, and I don’t want to! lol I went out for milk yesterday and also bread for my mother, so I’m allowed to just hibernate today. And work. I love to work! Biz work that is, not cleaning work. lol

You wanna know something scary? I have not started my taxes yet! Self employed, with a rental property, and a hubby in another state. That makes for some complicated taxes! lol
I posted a super easy chicken pot pie recipe yesterday that you might like! I love easy foods, don’t you? ‘cept I’m not eating this because of the crust. I’ll take just the chicken and veggies, pretty please!
