Happy Saturday!
I’m up late today. No phone calls to wake me! That’s amazing! As soon as I’m awake enough to talk, I need to call the hospital to see if my mother is being discharged today. If she is, I’ll be taking her right from the hospital to rehab. She’s quite anxious to be out of that hospital. I don’t think she’ll like rehab any better! UPDATE: It’s not happening today.
I was soooooo disappointed with that 2 ingredient ice cream bread that I tried, so I went ahead and made it again but I added more stuff, including an egg! Came out much better! And if you watch Sharon’s attempt, you see that she was not impressed either! lol

I’m not sure what I’ll be recording today. I’d like to do my mother’s room tour and also cloud bread. It all depends on how busy I am transporting my mother to rehab. Makes me think it won’t be today else they would have called by now. Or maybe it will just be later. Later is better for me!
